This page explains, in plain words, what the Keena website does with your information. Keena is a food trading company based in Zarqa, Jordan. The site is a catalog and a contact form: there are no customer accounts, no online payments and no tracking.
What we store
The product catalog, categories and delivery areas shown on the site are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
If you send us a message through the contact form, we store what you typed (your name, business name, phone number, optional email and your message), the language of the page you used, and the time you sent it. This is stored in the same database.
How we use your details
Your contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell them, rent them or share them with anyone else. Messages can be read only by Keena's administrator.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across sites.
Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's localStorage, and your language choice is remembered with a small language cookie so we can open the site in your language. Neither is used to identify you.
A session cookie is used only when Keena staff sign in to the admin area. Visitors never receive it.
Other services
The map in the contact section is an OpenStreetMap embed. When it loads, OpenStreetMap's servers receive your IP address and browser details, under their own privacy policy. Product pictures are served from our Supabase storage.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. To ask us to delete a message or any other data about you, email Keenatrading@gmail.com and we will remove it.
